Dr. Syvoskia Bray Pope is the Founder and Executive Director of Empower Hope Center, a community hub dedicated to strengthening families, advancing workforce development, and promoting economic growth.

Through her leadership, Dr. Pope equips individuals and families with the tools, resources, and support needed to move from crisis toward self-sufficiency and long-term opportunity.

With decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, financial services, entrepreneurship, and social services, Dr. Pope is deeply committed to breaking cycles of poverty and helping revitalize the community through empowerment, advocacy, and sustainable solutions.
