The Senior Vitality Program

An “overall health “management program that affects healthy living through healthy lifestyle programs. Our primary focus is collaboration with a local healthcare institution in order to integrate key preventative and maintenance care.

In addition, we are centering programs to ensure seniors are involved and engaged through our 7 ways to promote active aging and healthy longevity:

  • Go for a walk most days.
  • Engage in social activities/life skills development.
  • Learn throughout life.
  • Eat healthy, nutrient-rich foods.
  • Be positive about aging.
  • Help others by giving.
  • Mental Alertness.
